I have a new relationship—with my stomach. I’m learning to listen and feed it in ways that keep it happy, in health. It’s an emotional, mental and physical relationship that teaches me about being centered within.

Hot to cold with no middle ground again and again

I am that middle ground holding hot/cold. Trust worthy.

Feelings change with chemical change hot/cold. Middle ground neutral. Unmoved yet moving anew.

This morning I observed myself in action as I helped implement an art activity. I confidently covered every angle as if I was a pro orchestrating from center. It was as natural as it was unnatural. I don’t have words for it other than I was a different person. One with new seeing, knowing, expressing—new intelligence in and from left brain.

A couple days ago my lower right teeth and gums were very sensitive when biting down. This morning all my lower teeth were sensitive. For a moment I wondered if infection was spreading but I cut that short. Knowing more now about the stomach meridian I’m concluding there’s some rearranging going on behind the scenes. Healing is a fascinating process.

I “met” Paramahansa Yogananda years ago at Seattle’s East West Bookshop, after teaching a “circle of life—mapping one’s story” class. Upon leaving the bookshop I noticed a poster on the wall that said “YOGI.” When I focused my attention on it, a blast of energy swooped in and “lifted” my head by the neck like a gust of wind. I walked over to the poster and energetically “met” Yogananda. I realized, then and there, that he is one powerful yogi!

I experienced the same energetic connection at Narayan and Janet’s home in Seattle (musicians who met each other at the local Ananda Meditation Temple). An energy in the room kept singing to me. I looked around wondering where this song was coming from and there he was, looking out at me from a portrait on the wall.

When I became unemployed in 2009 I vacationed at my sister’s home in California and stayed on the beach in Encinitas (where I met mystical Sea Dragons as told in my book S/He Dragon, page 138). Walking the streets I was surprised to see the Self-Realization Fellowship Temple that was founded by Yogananda in 1920. There he was, again!

I consider Yogananda to be a cosmic friend and is why, last weekend, I was drawn to see the film Awake: The Life of Yogananda. I was so moved by his story of human drama and enlightenment that I ordered three of his books. This student now has a teacher, although my primary teachers will always be within. And this is exactly what Yogananda teaches: be still, go within and find inner bliss.

I am excited to explore this spiritual friendship.

I was washing dishes the morning of my day off (Wednesday) and listening to the House Speaker voting process on TV. At one point my stomach became chaotic (like a chemical pin ball machine) so I ate a bowl of homemade soup. Then back to the dishes and watching/listening to 3D politics. Why watch? Why listen? Because I’m connected to this density of 3D. And in that I “remote view” (I just listened to Leaving the Monastery and am moved by the stories and presentations) or beam my love their way. I see/hear those with open hearts/minds and support them and their cause. It’s my cause as well. 

My stomach continued to be chaotic as I watched TV. So I ate more healthy soup. It finally settled down. Somewhere in this chaotic connection I got that there’s a stomach meridian running through matter. The chaos on TV was connected to the chaos in my stomach! I felt this connection stomach to brain/brain to stomach and out in the world. Coordinates.

Earth meridians have been controlled by toxic forces that don’t leave their haunts easily. Imagine the massive addiction, violence and killings Self abuse of addiction is massive addiction of war.

Time to turn this tide. Time to change the drama, the story. Time to bring in the Light Brigade. Earth is ready in its new awareness through vision and action. Let chemotion loose!

I’ve turned to Chinese herbs for internal healing of gums and teeth via stomach meridian. Thank you Mother Nature and those sparking Nature Spirits downloading Light through matter (they told me years ago that this is their function.)

It’s a good day to be alive on Earth beaming more clearly. Thanks for so much beaming from so many—to and from Earth. We breathe in a loving Universe. We breathe a loving universe. Receiving/Giving the breath of Life.

Change is when feelings are new as body gives and receives new chemical signals. Change is new action and new response—inside out. 

Unintention behind intention is a deeper feedback system.

Unconscious feedback (knowing) merging / with higher consciousness \ feedback (logic) = X. Coordinates of communication.

Cellular dance is Cosmic dance. Humans participate knowingly, unknowingly. The musical score behind it all. The frequency of Truth.

Native man and I lift up prayer of peace for troubled hearts. Arms X ing in uplift. Thank you for this new Earth relationship !  He knows how much I love nature. It’s how we X meet. 

Now he’s giving me a blanket. “A new opportunity” A medicine blanket. “That creates opportunity. Sense it. It’s all around you. Feel it…Become it”

Heart holds logic. Knowing is a double edged sword. Truth is sharp, cutting through toxins to reorganize and reshape matter.

My heart is opening new angles and I’m doing life differently. For example yesterday I picked the father of my children (ex-husband) up in Gig Harbor so he could have dinner with our Tacoma family. I’ve never done that before. I’ve never felt like doing that before, or thought of it. And yesterday was a first in that all day with family I stayed grounded in my body. I stayed connected (adhesion?) heart to heart. I was comfortable! Being comfortable with people is all about adhesion.

I’m feeling like spending some time away from my local spiritual/meditation community. Breaking up the routine. Why? Does my heart feel confined? Do I need to stretch my Angel wings? Do I need to give and receive new and more stimulus?

I’m feeling the changes inside out which means I follow higher spiritual impulses of Heart. And if I slip backwards words of Truth set me straight. It’s an adjustment but I’m on solid ground moving forward.

Living inside out allows one to live in the moment—Now. This moment shines a Light, a signal, that I see and follow. It surrounds me with support in this journey as an Earthling. The adventure continues!

They are very tall and hold staffs (or sword like Archangel Michael in the Bible)
From this platform I descend into a past life
A young girl in white pinafore raises her arms to welcome me
A green crystal cave is next to her
The young girl takes my hand
I am large and nebulous, an energetic being
I am Deva like, Deva of green crystal cave
An emotional wave of loneliness washes over me, Trish
I am lonely for home inside cave of inner Earth

(This is very emotional for me as I am guided by the hypnotherapist. Emotion validates past life experience as my Angel-Human reality. In other words, one is not a robot, a machine with a cold and empty heart.)

Waking up this body reached out in the same way it’s been doing for years. It was not intentional. It was unintentional. Some sort of adhesion behind the scene? Where does this come from? Definitely from the void and how Life moves me Now by Now.
